Refund & Cancellation Policy

Statutory and government fees — including trademark filing fees, IEC fees, FSSAI fees and PAN/TAN charges — are paid directly to the concerned department on your behalf. Once paid to the authority, these are not refundable by ComplyLocal.

If we are unable to provide the service you engaged us for, and you do not receive the solution agreed in our engagement, we will refund the professional fee as per that agreement.

If you withdraw before work has commenced, the professional fee is refunded in full. Once work has commenced, refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis against the work completed.

Applications are decided by the concerned government department. An objection, query or rejection issued by an authority is not a failure of our service — we continue to assist you with replies and resubmission as agreed. Such outcomes are not by themselves grounds for refund.

Where work cannot proceed because documents, verifications or approvals from your side are pending, the engagement remains ongoing and the delay is not grounds for refund.
