We provide professional assistance with business registrations, tax filings, trademark applications and related compliance services. We are a private consulting firm and are not a government agency or department.

Information you give us for our services. To prepare and file applications on your behalf, we collect the details those applications require: your name, contact details, address, PAN, Aadhaar (only where the relevant government process requires it, such as e-verification or DSC issuance), DIN, photographs and signatures, business details, financial statements, bank details, invoices and other documents relevant to the engaged service.

Information you give us on the website. When you fill an enquiry form, we collect your name, mobile number, email, and the service you are interested in.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that collect device, browser, approximate location and usage information. Advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta) may set cookies to measure campaigns.

We use your information to: prepare, fill and file your applications on the relevant official government portals; communicate with you about your engagement by phone, email, SMS and WhatsApp; raise invoices and process payments; respond to enquiries; meet our own legal and professional record-keeping obligations; and improve our website and services. By sharing your contact details with us, you consent to being contacted about your enquiry or engagement even if your number is registered under DND.

We share your information only as needed to deliver the service you engaged: with the relevant government portals and authorities (for example MCA, GSTN, the Income Tax e-filing portal, FoSCoS, DGFT, the Trade Marks Registry) as part of your application; with regulated service providers we use to operate (payment gateways, cloud hosting, email and SMS providers, DSC certifying authorities); and with professionals (such as Company Secretaries or advocates) engaged on your matter with your knowledge. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We retain engagement records and filed documents for as long as professional, tax and statutory record-keeping rules require, and enquiry data for up to [RAHUL: 24] months. When retention is no longer required, we delete or anonymise the data.

We use HTTPS across the website, restrict access to client documents to the team working on your matter, and store documents on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we treat your PAN, Aadhaar and financial documents with the same care we are professionally bound to as a CA-led firm.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, ask us to erase data we no longer need to retain, and withdraw consent for future processing (which may mean we cannot continue a pending engagement). Write to us at the contact in Section 10 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the website works. Analytics and advertising cookies are used to understand site usage and measure our campaigns; they are not used to read your documents or service data.

Our services are intended for persons aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
