What is a DSC for company registration?
A Digital Signature Certificate for company registration is a Class 3 DSC issued in the name of each proposed director and authorized signatory, used to digitally sign SPICe+ incorporation forms on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal under the Companies Act 2013.
